We had our largest turn out of the year with 15 anglers. The rain held off but the bite was tougher this weekend.
There were around 5 Saugeye's caught and a decent number of crappie.
Ron won the Saugeye pot with a 1.70 pound Saugeye and in addition to the pot he took home a Jason Mitchell Meat Stick.
I won the crappie pot with a fih that was just under 12 inches but weighed .90 pounds. The fish took a Jammin Jig Glow jig with 3 wax worms. The fish came out of 24 feet and came in suspended in about 12 feet. I was able to mark him with my Vexilar.
We will again have another dock tournament at Alum this Sunday.
If we can get 25 guy's i will give away another Jason Mitchell rod to the Saugeye winner and the Crappie pot winner.
All anglers received a pack of McCoy fishing line for participating.
