For the last few years catching an eye in the spillway here has been like looking for Bigfoot that is until I hooked up with this 6-7 pound monster around 10:30 this morning. Felt like Santa in that m&m commercial "they do exist" what a feeling

Congrats on finding the Sasquatch of the 'eyes!  Very nice fish, I guess the persistence paid off.

Awesome fish!   I fish that lake often and have neve got one even close to that size. Congrats!
