The temp is 10 deg. the wind chill is -2 deg.So is the lake making ice at the rate of 10 deg. or -2 deg?  ???

10. Wind chill only affects flesh.  :)

yeah this is sad with no ice , but spring is rolling in fast.  ;D  I think were going to see some good fishing this year , SOMEDAY  :P
