Curious if anyone ventured out today?  I know snow will have killed Nimi, but hoping maybe OSP survived a little longer. There was a better ice base there. Soonest I can fish is Friday afternoon, but curious if anyone scoped it out. I think I'm being over optimistic, NE Ohio ice is done. Think maybe Columbus area might have survived.

Columbus is done too....snow plus a high of 55F on Friday will say goodbye to fishable ice.....we did it our way!
Newbie to ice fishing but loving it!

Cool. Tomorrow is out for me, but I might be able to squeeze something in Friday. We'll see. I think Friday will be last safe day.

I was out today at Indian and the last spot I hit was three+ inches but as soon as the temp got above freezing I could hear the ice cracking when I walked. Really doesn't look good for sat. I was hoping for one more trip but I just don't think it will hold up. Load me up on antidepressants. The next month is gonna SUCK!  :'(

Not fair....temps go to high 50s then back into the 30s next week. If it wasn't for this weekend we may have safe ice a little longer....

I know. Add in the rain and we're really screwed. It's going to be sunny and almost 60 in Canton area Saturday. Hoping tomorrow afternoon I can hit it one more time.

I'm gonna hit OSP after work Thursday. It'll probably be the last time for me this season.  Overall, it's been a very lean year for ice and lean one for fish in the freezer.
