that is cool, I wonder how much insulation value the coat has. I paid 280$ for a coat from Cabelas and all I got was a ton of pockets!

That's really cool.  I'm going to look into getting one of those.  Anything you can do to improve your safety on the ice is a good thing.  I know sometimes I don't always have my spikes in my hands, they don't do a whole lot of good in your pocket.  I like the arm grips on that jacket.  Cool post!

I DO. That along with a 50 foot rope is the first thing that goes into my daily arsenal. Keep the spikes around my neck and the rope handy. Hope I never need either one. Miike
