The part of Lake Milton I drove past yesterday close to the dam was completely ice free. If you still want to fish I saw a guy catch a TON of pan fish below the spillway, across the river and behind the island in the pool. Looked like perch and a bunch of crappies or white bass using minnows. Would need waders to cross
