Any ice reports?

Just wondering if the lake is icing over yet.

Saturday was maybe 50 % locked. About 15 shanties on the north end of pymatuning today

I'm shooting for wensday or Thursday. I hope the north end is locked up by then. It's stupid cold out now but the wind is ripping. Could open or keep open some water.

Sounds like 4 to  5 inches of clear ice bait shop will be open at 630 everyday til we get knocked off of it

5-6" of clear ice, barely any junk ice.wear your creapers!
thanks to CHUCK @ A&C. he got me going yesterday as I had never
been there before.
ended up with two shortys,lost a nice one at the hole.going back in an hour or so!

anyyone ben on berlin since the last thaw?
Just wondering if there were any thickness reports.
I live a hour or so away and would hate to make the drive to find out it is unfishable.

Sure the ice is good the only problem is theres 10 ft of water between the shore  and the ice. They are drawing it down will post when its ready

. Doesn't sound like it will be fishable this weekend. But it does sound like Chuck is pulling out all the tricks. He has talked them into drawing the lake down to get the Ice closer to shore. Thanks again Chuck. You Da Man.

 And it worked the ice is back to the shore at the road 5 plus of good ice. Its ready guys, GET R DONE

Has anyone fished the road bed this weekend. If so did u catch many-any walleyes.
