Firefish and i hooked up last night for a few hours at blackhawk.
The edges were getting soft so be careful stepping onto the ice.
We walked straight out the main channel past the island about 50 yards.
Ice was six inches. You must use your spud bar and carry safety equipment during these warm ups. Lets hope it is going to get colder soon and should rebuild quickly.
The water was muddy from the run off and the fishing was very slow.
