Anyone have a current report? Heading up in the morning with the girl and planing on fishing the north end.

How's the walk out with the snow on the ice. I went on vacation and missed the last 2 weekends.

We fished all day. Started as one of 3 shantys  out from the cemetary. One small perch and one shiner. Headed up to the causeway to check out the north end and stop at Jacks for snacks and only a couple shanty out there and did not want to make the drag out. So headed back to 305.

Guys got crappie and perch in the morning. We started in on the gills. Ended up keeping 12 good ones  but could have kept many more. Was around 60 for the day. They were on the vex all day but had to change pinmans and presentations to get them to bite. Size was above average. Switched back to walleye before dark. Picked up 2 small eyes and a bass  lost 2 others. Jiging raps in yellow and white and glow wonder bread with minnows on them in 15 foot of water.

Today's take home. Enough for 2 meals. The gills had zebra muscle shells in their bellies.
