Is this COLD we are having right now NOT making ice?

Ok Ice Vets...... I know the snow insulation is bad at the moment, and they're calling for more snow Sun. But, with 2" of clear ice, 1" of slush, and 2" of snow on top, what are we to expect by mid day Sunday?

Maybe a half inch more of good ice with a harder overall base? 3"- 4"

 snow is bad. slows down the freeze, but we do have a good 2-3 of clear.. hopefully the snow will pack down and add to the base. this dry snow is horrible, hopefully soon my butt wont pucker while spudding out...
