 Just did a drive by of Nimi since I was up that way. Went around all 4 sides. Ice is toast, couldn't even dream of getting on anywhere, Even with 10' plank.  Please don't try until conditions improve. Ice is not safe!
P.S. not a sole around anywhere. No one else even checking the ice.

hey slab thnx for confirming that the ice is toast, it was a really short season and I didn't even get a shot at nimi this time. :P    bummer ..now I guess I will go out and work on my boat for spring....heheheh
the time you spend fishing cannot be deducted from your life...

I was going to try it if any way possible, but I'm not going to die over it. Always next freeze or open water.

Sure is. Really hope the season isn't over, I never got out one time in the 10 or so days of safe ice we had. This has really been a strange ice season. Not like last 2 years.

Season definitely isnt over thats for sure after Wednesday cold cold cold .
