How long does frozen walleye last?

Guys,

I have some frozen walleye dated 7/1/2016 in the freezer. The fish was frozen in bags of water. I’m wondering if it’s still good to eat?

Thoughts?....thanks in advance...

Prob fine. Thaw it out and see if it's freezer burnt. I vacuum seal all my fish and it's good well over a year. .. but it doesn't usually last that long. I usually feed whatever is leftover to all my wife's friends at our yearly fish fry.

I do the exact same thing. They rave about how good it is. I just fry fish drink beer and eat a burger. Lol

I love my fish but sounds like ya just need to pitch it and forget it.  if in dought throw it out
