For the people that got to see that older rapala that I had at the dock tournament last Saturday. I sent them (Rapala) a email and after I sent them a picture they told me it was one of the first designs. From the 1960's so I guess I'll just carry it around with me.

Today at the dock tournament we got a bonus. Gamma gave Dave samples of line for us. I would like to thank Gamma for the line. I already have it spooled up and can't wait to give it a try next Saturday at the docks. Looked it over, and it looks great.

Hope to see the usual people plus some new ones. Start the New Years by coming out to the docks. It will give you a chance to sharpen your jigging technic. Also a chance to win a few bucks. See everyone there!

Anyone know a good place to go in Canada? One of the people that I work with is trying to plan a trip. It will be a whole family trip during summer break. They would like something nicer than a fishing shack with other things to do. Looking for suggestions.

Is anyone else getting ready to hit the docks Saturday? It seems like the crappies are really moving in to the marina. Hope to see many people there.

I know I'm a day early but I want to wish everyone a happy thanksgiving. And to remind people to take a moment to remember what you are thankful for.

Another dock tournament is right around the corner. With the expected temperatures it will really feel like ice time. Hope to see everyone there.

Here is a freebie, just have to pick it up. Load handler truck unloader it is new in the box, 2000 pound capacity. I'm tired of walking around it so it needs to go. Looks like it hooks to the tailgate and the bulkhead.

I bought a used snowmobile a couple of weeks ago. It had a small wiring problem that was a easy fix. Hand warmer wires were broken. Being a mechanic in the past I know about vehicles but not smaller motors. In the belly pan I found a fin from a fan, it's from the cooling fan. I called a Yamaha snowmobile dealer and talked to the parts department and found a new fan is only $50. The removal is really easy with any knowledge. As soon as I get the new part it will be good to go. If you have any problems try to repair it yourself. Only bad thing is they have another sled I like, here we go again. Lol
