For wheelers yes  closest place to stay is in Bellefontaine 15/20 min ride down 33 a lot of cottages around but must summer rental but still check

Fished this evening Long Island ice is good 8 to 10in bite was slow 10 keeper gills

REMEMBER WHEN I was a kid having a shanty on Indian lake all winter long this was in the 70's. It seems that the ice fishing season have got shorter ever year after. If you enjoy ice fishing I would hang onto your stuff its not costing you anything. About time you get rid of we will have a month of good ice.  Good luck

White Cottage is on curve at Russell Point where walking track starts. They were at long island bridge in the bay

Checked lake to day 2guys fishing for saugeye at White Cottage and 3 guys first pull off long island. Then 1 guy in bay at bridge.

Fished Blackhawk this evening ice 4 inches or better only out 1 1/2hrs Dad caught 2 keepers I got skunked.  :)
