Went out today from 10:30-3. There were 4 of us out off of 43. The fishing was ok. Lots of gills, most smaller, 3-6 inch range, with a few in the 7-8 inch range. Ice was good all over that bay, from 4-6 inches. Fished on 4 inches of good ice within 50 feet of the ST RT 43 bridge. Got 1 crappie (about 10 inches) up to the hole and lost it in 12 feet of water right before I left around 3. Have a pic of the ice and shantys, here it is!
