 Ice around 5-6 inches open around the docks most of the shanty's set up on the launch side of the marina.Catching alot of small gills and perch seemed to be the same with most of the people out there. It will get better.

Was up that way yesterday for the Fishing show in Novi. On the way home we swung into Bolles. There were probably 15-20 vehicles in the lot and as many shanties/buckets on the ice. Did not speak to anyone so not sure on a report.
Is it typical to pull mainly dinks up at Bolles or can the fishing be decent there??

There are quiet a few dinks but you can get typically get some decent ones too. there are also some good size perch in there but they are harder to catch.
