When does everyone think we will have first safe ice? I will say 26 December.

Ah my friend hoping for a little christmas safe ice! :-) patience my friend! Dont forget that we hold a contest each season with a prize to the winner with the correct day for first ice provided by one of our wonderful sponsers ;D

That said, I think I'll be on C -5 or Palm Road by the 15th of December!  ;D  Maybe we can make this thread our official one for this season. Dave can post the prizes and we can get things more organized.

Hi Guys,

Great Thread.

Whomever picks the date for the first ice that is safe will win a Jason Mitchell rod.

Ice needs to be at least 4 inches thick.
