Buddy's and I fished out of Catwaba on Friday and Saturday. Friday we managed to get a few real close to E can on #5 blue/silver jigging rap with one shiner. Saturday we fished same area and it was slow so we made a move .8 ne. We were able to find a nice pod of fish, as we pulled about 15 fish in an hour. My 2nd biggest eye ever 12.5 lbs. blue/silver nils master jr shad loaded with shiners did well sat.

How far out is E can? Heading out Saturday!

E can is about 5.2 miles from the ramp. I'm sure there are a lot of fish between e can and the ramp, but that is where we ended up.

Nice job Eyewall. Finally get to come up this weekend. Will be going out of Catawba too. Figured the fish would be around F or G cans so my guess isn't too far off. Good luck.

Also had a good weekend Shawn. We caught fish 6mi. out of camp. Friday afternoon and Saturday were quick limits.

Went out sat and sun with 3 buddy's got 6 7.2 miles out of Catawba went home Sunday 2 of them went out sun got 10 same location

pulled 4 and lost 2 in 2 hrs of fishing 3 miles out off catawaba last night. red n gold cleo been hot for me. Good job and report eyewall
