Please need update on conditions and fish catch

I just got a call from Wes Ballerd wanting a good ice report. Had 3.330 avg yesterday, and 2.890 today keep in mind the snow pack on top of the ice isn't real ice. I was out for a few hours yesterday and the ice started sagging. stay safe!

That Sucks! I was planning on coming up tomorrow maybe by Sunday it will freeze enough to get out safely. Can I ask what area you were in?

Ill add to this- I called pro bass this morning I asked if people made it out. " Oh ya their all out there" What did the rain do to the ice? "didnt touch it"
They have specifically said 7in in protected areas, and 2-4 in open lake.... Guys I hate to knock something but Talk to a friend, and a reliable source, because these numbers dont match what walleyeguy or wes or ryan or several others ive spoken with..

fished it thursday, when things were warming, and thickest i found was 3.5 to 4 inches?? not sure what they are saying, warm and raining yesterday, , be carefull.

Almost all bait shops get their info via , word of mouth. So if they're reporting 7" it's because someone went in there and gave the false info, I know for a fact several guys will give them wrong info as to how many and the size just to keep outta town people from fishing in THEIR area so take what they give you with a grain of salt just like this site, you'd hope everyone gave accurate info but it ain't so

If Lake side bass pro told you false information its because someone told them the ice conditions  . The family that owns it are great people and family friends

Sorry battery died. but 2.25-2.5 just about everywhere this is from the 1st pull off @ long Island

There are a few people at the bridge area of long island. I'm not going to take the chance today. I don't have ones made of steel. I will be back tomorrow to try my luck.
