ODNR has a fish ohio program that awards a pin that you can put in your hat when you catch a fish that meets or beats a certian length. You can apply at on the ODNR website.

Awesome fish.  Would have beat me hands down, what lake were you on?  I'm from NE Ohio, and my 12+ came form Deer Creek.  There are some monsters in there, caught them over 17".  What were you using?  I got mine on a custom jig I make on a deadstick rod, just letting my hands make it quiver a foot or 2 off the bottom.  Anyway, great fish!
