Erie rider fished the bay this weekend. Water will probably still be muddy. Rivers are still a little high.

I was there today from 7:30-12:30 and it was super super slow. Nobody that I saw or talked to was catching.  The most I heard of was 4.  On the way in there was standing water near the first crack.  The first spring also started to open up a little.
