Checked today. 4" at the public access. Open water straight out from the ramp off the 1st point with geese setting in it. Couldn't check the North end. May try this weekend, as in years past, I have been able to fish solid ice within 50' of the open water caused by the geese. Should be able to reach my favorite spots. No sign of anyone else having been on the ice yet.
