Well broke down and got a used shanty. Guy who sold it never made any mods to it so it is a clean slate. So far only mods I made was to install eye bolt and washers where the towing rope was attached. I also put one on the back of the sled incase there is ever a situation where I may need to tow another sled behind mine.

Added a couple rod holders to the shanty. Cost me a drill bit I needed had everything else. Also took longer to finally get the pics up than it did to do the actual work.
