Scouted on 12/16 north reservoir was almost completely open while the south was mostly frozen. I did not bring my auger to measure the ice on the south reservoir

Can't ice fish the South reservoir. It's run by Lorain metroparks, who do not allow ice fishing. North reservoir usually takes a good while to ice up.
