Got this guy just a tad over 13”.  Bad pic as far as tape, but he wouldn’t hold still and I wanted to release him ASAP.  Didn’t get mouth fully closed, but the tail isn’t closed and the tape isn’t all the way at the tail tip.

nice  I haven't hooked a good crappy all season.   
the time you spend fishing cannot be deducted from your life...
