It looks like we finally might be getting on some ice very soon!  Where are your favorite early ice spots?

Just curious about favorite lakes, not your specific honey hole. 

I like Nimi and Portage for early ice, but Nimi is low this season so it’ll be somewhere on Portage for me.

For ice fishing it would be Indian Lake. All around would be Erie.

Erie is favorite. Indian is where I fish I fish most followed by Buckeye and CJ Brown.

Erie / moggy,   Cleveland area marinas are a BLAST for steelhead and panfish
