My Brothers state record fish?

I thought i put this on earlier this year. My brother was fishing a farm pond with a Rosie red minnow and bobber when he landed this fish. It was 26.5 inches long. He threw it back. The state record is only 25.75.
We will never know if it the state record but we will try to catch her again this coming spring if she makes it.
