I've been having the same challenge for the last few days.  I've resized my pics and the same message appears.

I was able to get Mitch's file to re-size and post. I had the same problem the other day. This is something that i have to put a ticket in to get fixed.

Please re-size photo's to 640 by 480. I use www.resizepic.com.

Please pm me any problems on uploading or anything that is causing you problems on the site so i can get the issue's corrected.
