greetings to all from southwest wi fishing on the mississippi has been touch and go but the white bass have been hitting rapala jigging raps. We got into sauger and walleye this week with most of us hitting our limits. They are hitting the live baits and every thing in between jigs raps and irish pimples. Unfortunately i lost my favorite rod and reel (id like to think to that trophy walleye) when i got up to check a tipup and set it on a chair. I had cut some styrofoam and notched it to cover the holes but i didnt have one for the hole i was actually jigging (do now) anyhow a little bit of effort my save you from the same heartache.
