9 days on 18 inches ice. Limits of 14-19 in. walleyes every day. a few perch but did miss the early bite. A buddy out there had a 1.87 &a 2.17 lb. jumbo. last wk. Ran into Jason Mitchell and chatted with a couple times @Woodland Resort. Caught some 24-36in pike and lost some Buckshots being cut off. This was the best consistent bite I've seen in7 trips there over 5 yrs!!!

After watching indepth outdoors perch fishing on devils lake, that's one of the only road trips I want to take. But this year, I'll be lucky to make it up to Saginaw.

$69/nite @Woodland Resort. 7 day lisc. $20 1000 mi drive from Angola In. I've been around enough to get around but run 300/da 2 men. woodland has ice house rentals. It'sbest to be mobile. didn't need sled/ATVthis trip so I saved 80 gal. gas R/T. Contact DL CoC for an info packege. We stayed @Great American Inn 2 nites @ $59. Above $300 is for guided day.
