After two years of waiting, I finally got on some ice with my brother yesterday. I was able to use a lot of the new gear I've collected. The camera was very cool, and the black betty performed very well. I saw a lot of nice gills on the camera, but it was very hard to get them to bite. Together we managed 10 hand sized keeper gills. It was good day on the ice, even if the fishing was a little slow. And I'm sure the bluegill fish tacos will be great tonight.
